1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, using, or making purchases through the website or sales channels of Feyso Healthcare Products LTD (hereinafter "Feyso"), the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all transactions conducted with Feyso, without prejudice to any other written agreement between the parties.

2. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any claim or legal issue arising in relation to Feyso’s products or services shall be addressed in accordance with the applicable legislation of that jurisdiction.

3. Wholesale Nature of Sales

Feyso is dedicated to the wholesale distribution of adult toys. The client acknowledges that the products are purchased for resale, distribution, or integration into their own commercial line, not for personal use.

4. Minimum Order and Pricing

Feyso may establish minimum purchase amounts or minimum unit quantities per order. Such information will be provided to the client at the time of quotation or negotiation. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, and Feyso will strive to inform the client in advance of any modifications that affect previously agreed conditions.

5. Payment Method

Payment for merchandise must be made in advance via bank transfer, as established by Feyso. The goods will be prepared for shipment only once full payment has been confirmed.

6. Shipping and Transportation Responsibility

Feyso operates under Ex-Works (EXW) terms, which means that responsibility for the merchandise passes to the client once it has been placed at the disposal of the forwarder chosen by the client at the point of origin.

Transportation and Insurance: The client is responsible for arranging transportation and insuring the merchandise during transit. Feyso assumes no responsibility for damage, loss, delays, theft, or other issues that may occur while the goods are in transit.

Customs and Import Regulations: The client is responsible for complying with all regulations, requirements, and customs formalities of the destination country. Feyso shall not be held liable for any holds, seizures, taxes, duties, or other issues that may arise at customs in the country of origin, destination, or any transit location.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, trade names, designs, logos, patents, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights related to the products, including the INFARTA brand, belong to their respective manufacturers or owners. The client agrees to respect these rights and refrain from using them without the express authorization of their owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

Feyso shall not be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase, possession, resale, transportation, or use of the acquired products. Feyso’s liability is limited to the value of the merchandise in the transaction, once payment has been confirmed.

9. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions

Feyso reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. Modifications will take effect on the date of publication and will apply to future transactions. Clients are advised to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be considered separable and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
